Showcasing two generations and a new model across three partner stands
Bristol, UK, 27 May 2025 – Motion Impossible returns to Cine Gear Expo 2025, partnering with industry leaders to bring the full power of AGITO to Hollywood. The original AGITO Gen1, next-gen AGITO Gen 2 and new kid on the block – AGITO Cine – will all be in action––demonstrating to visitors just how versatile the system is across the entire cinematography spectrum.
AGITO Gen 1: The Original Game Changer
Starting where it all began, AGITO Gen 1 will be making an appearance on ARRI’s stand (S3249), where it will be paired with the Trinity 2 remote-controlled head for a truly dynamic, high performance setup. Supplied by renowned Steadicam operator and AGITO advocate Randy Nolen, Gen 1 will be running in Sports mode with MagTrax––a trackless, magnetic-guided solution that provides the precision and repeatability of traditional dolly tracks, but without the time, labour or cost of laying them. Launched in 2019, the iconic AGITO system has since become a trusted workhorse––affectionately dubbed by Randy as the “Swiss Army Knife for filmmakers”, it serves as the backbone of all things film, drama, live events, broadcast and sports.

AGITO Gen 2: The Next Evolution in Camera Movement
Stepping into the future, AGITO Gen 2 takes everything that made the original system a game changer and pushes it even further. Thanks to an upgraded Core and Master Controller, it’s smarter, smoother and more precise. With improved motor control and a reduced turning radius, it’s capable of making tighter manoeuvres and offering greater handling at both low and high speeds. Add in its IP54 weatherproof coating and silent operation, and you’ve got a system that thrives in any condition without disrupting the action, no matter how intense it gets. Gen 2 will be demoed in Sports and MagTrax modes (with drive-ends supplied by Abel Cine) on FoMaSystems’ booth (062) alongside the company’s brand-new broadcast remote-controlled head––more on this soon. AGITO Cine: Built for Big Productions
Building on the new features of AGITO Gen 2, AGITO Cine introduces a larger Core, extended wheelbase and increased ground clearance, enabling it to support heavier cameras and remote heads (up to 150kg/330lbs) like the Matrix or Libra. Perfect for blue-chip wildlife documentaries, high-end feature films and premium TV productions, AGITO Cine blends raw power with agility, able to navigate tight spaces without sacrificing performance. Also, new to the system, AGITO Cine will be operating with MagTrax functionality, offering repeatable camera movement––a significant advantage for its application, where consistency across takes is crucial.

Having already impressed on major projects such as Predators (Netflix & Sky Nature) and Apple Vision Pro’s Metallica and Raye’s Concert for One, AGITO Cine is set to transform the landscape of demanding film and TV productions. It’ll be showcased at Cine Gear on Service Vision’s booth (721), in collaboration with our rental partner, CineMoves. Be sure to speak with the team there about rental opportunities and discover how this powerhouse system can elevate your next project.
